This is a pretty straightforward chart that follows the melody as I've heard it most commonly played. You can mostly sub out Eminor and G, or maybe an occasional C for an Am. It also sounds nice just staying close to the Am for the A section and then adding the G in the third measure of the B section. The chords in parentheses are optional.
